Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Vitals. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Vitals for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you're allowed to.

The service

Vitals makes short-form videos and carousels for your brand (Blitz), publishes the ones you keep to social accounts you connect, drafts replies to relevant Reddit threads (Signals), and shows your revenue, traffic and social numbers with alerts and a morning briefing. Numbers come from services you connect and can be delayed or incomplete. Vitals is a decision aid, not financial, accounting or legal advice.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only connect accounts, and upload files, that you are allowed to use.

Free trial

• New accounts get a free trial, no card required. It lasts 7 days or until you keep 3 posts, whichever comes first, and includes 15 AI credits.
• One trial per person or business. We may end trials that are created to get around this, for example with several email addresses.
• When the trial ends, the app is closed until you choose a plan. Nothing you made is deleted.

Plans and billing

• Plans are Starter $29 a month or $279 a year, Growth $49 a month or $470 a year, Pro $149 a month or $1430 a year, billed in advance through PayPal until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required.
• Each plan has monthly limits, shown on the pricing page. Unused credits, saves and replies don't carry over. Deleting content doesn't give back what it used.
• On Pro, each business past the 5 included is $15 a month, billed as a separate PayPal subscription. It ends when Pro ends, and you can remove an extra business once it's no longer in use.
• You can change plans at any time in Settings. PayPal bills the new price from your next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after that.

Your content

• You own what you bring to Vitals (your website text, uploads and data) and the posts, captions and replies Vitals makes for you.
• You give us permission to store, process and publish that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers in the privacy policy.
• AI can get things wrong. Review every post and reply before you keep, schedule or post it. You are responsible for what is published under your name, including claims about your product.

The media library

Vitals provides reaction clips, b-roll and music for your posts. You may use them in posts made with Vitals, including after you cancel. You may not download them to resell, redistribute or use them on their own, or use a person in a clip to suggest they personally endorse your product.

Publishing and Reddit

• Vitals publishes only posts you keep and schedule, to accounts you connected. Each network's own rules still apply to what you post, and a network may limit or remove content or accounts under those rules.
• Signals drafts replies; it never posts to Reddit for you. When you post a reply, follow Reddit's rules and the community's own, and say when you're promoting something you made.

What you can't do

• Use Vitals for spam, deception, harassment, or anything illegal.
• Publish content that infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to post.
• Access other people's data, get around plan limits, or overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell access to Vitals without our written agreement.

Other services

Vitals connects to services run by others, such as payment providers, analytics tools and social networks. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or changes. If a network changes what it allows, a Vitals feature that relies on it may change too.

Affiliates

If you join our affiliate program, the rules on that page also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vitals running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime, accuracy or results, such as reach or sales. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. After closing, you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes before they take effect.
